with a solid weight magazine of 100kg which makes it suitable for the more advanced practitioner.

This gluteus machine has a comfortable working position that allows the practitioner to exercise without putting himself in a “shy” position that is otherwise common for gluteus machines.

The gluteus muscle is used in this machine on one side at a time, which gives a very smooth training result as the possibly dominant side cannot take over.
