IN10CT(Intensity) XL300 Functional Trainer has a built-in air compressor to use compressed air for resistance, which is quickly and easily adjustable with just a push of a button. The compressed air resistance gives a silky-smooth feel and allows for explosive movements for sports performance speed and power! The functional arms move up and down as well as in and out allowing for multiple angles and 100’s exercises. You can have the XL300 freestanding, bolt to the floor, or hang from a wall. It also has transport wheels and a handlebar so it can be easily moved around the facility floor.
